Intend Use

Test princple
The kit used the double antibody sandwich method for qualitative of HAV in whole blood /serum/plasma, in the detection test line (T) coated with monoclonal antibodies against HAV ,control line (C) coated with goat anti-mouse IgG antibodies.

Please read the instruction completely before testing. Keep the test kit and specimen at room
temperature for 30 minutes to make them recover to room temperature (20-30 ℃). If not ready,
do not tear foil bag, the kit should be used within 1 hour after opening the foil bag(humidity 20%-90%,
temperature 10℃-50℃)
1. Open the foil bag, take out the test cassette and put it on a flat.
2. Serum/plasma: drop 1.5μl specimen with a pipette and drop into the specimen place.
Whole blood: drop 2.0μl specimen with a pipette and drop into the specimen place.
3. And meanwhile add two drops (80μl -100μl) buffer into the well.
4. Wait for 15-20 minutes and read results. Over 20 min, the result is invalid.
Positive: Two red lines appear, one is in the test area (T), and the other is in the control area(C).
Negative: Only a red line appears in the control area (T).
Invalid: There does not appear a red line in the quality control area (C), which indicate that the
operation is failing or test kit failed, please try again with a new test kit.
