1) Panel design: The aluminum-plastic panel is 4mm thick and powder-coated on the surface. The outer layer is made of high-purity aluminum alloy plate (thickness 0.5-0.8mm), which is chemically treated or coated to improve corrosion resistance and strength. The middle layer is made of non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the core material, which has heat insulation, sound insulation and flame retardant properties. The surface of some products of the additional layer is covered with a protective film or decorative layer (such as imitation marble texture, colored plastic film) to enhance wear resistance and aesthetics. The specifications of the aluminum angle code are L20*2mm, length 40mm, and spacing 300mm.
2) Keel design: The vertical keel is made of 100*50*4 hot-dip galvanized square steel pipe, and the horizontal keel is made of L40*4 hot-dip galvanized angle steel. The aluminum plate is fixed and connected by fixed angle aluminum nails.
3) Node structure design:
① The main frame of the curtain wall is connected to the main structure with M12 stainless steel bolts, and the adverse effects of the main structure construction error are eliminated through three-dimensional adjustment;
② The crossbeam is fixed to the vertical main keel by welding or hot-dip galvanized steel angle code, which has strong anti-bending and anti-torsion capabilities and can meet the needs of large-grid curtain walls;
③ After the frame is installed, the panel is installed. The surface material is first reliably connected to the aluminum alloy angle code, and then the aluminum alloy angle code is mechanically fixed by stainless steel screws;
④ A 2mm thick insulating gasket is added between the aluminum alloy angle code and the steel keel, which can effectively prevent the hard contact between the two from generating noise and electrostatic corrosion.
4) Building sealant: It has good adhesion, resistance to climate change, resistance to UV damage, tearing and aging resistance. Use high modulus neutral glue with a deformation capacity of not less than 25%.
