• Toner storage temperature range: -20 ° C to 40 ° C ,Operating temperature range: 10 ° C to 32.5 ° C, operating humidity range: 20% to 80% relative humidity.
• Don't touch the drum surface or rotate the drum , so as not to affect the printing quality.
• For the initial printing, if you find ambiguous writing or periodic white lines, you can print a few sheets of paper continuously to eliminate these  phenomenon.
• If the toner cartridge is not used for a long time, please shake it evenly before use to ensure the printing effect.
• When the machine appears "TONER LWO" or the printing colors turn light , please shake  the powder box to continue printing.
• Empty selenium should be properly stored to avoid environmental pollution.

Q1: Warranty or what if any quality problem?

    For faulty products, please send me pictures for checking, if problems raised because of our product, we  will replace or refund.
