The staircase sprocket can not be replaced individually, the entire chain needs to be replaced, and because the left and right chains need to be paired, so the replacement of the left and right sides of the chain need to be replaced.
Replacement steps:
1. Determine the number of staples to be replaced, preferably in terms of the entire chain (the whole chain is defined as the connection between the chain and the chain is connected by the shaft, rather than riveted).
2. Remove a section of the left and right straight section inside and outside the cover and apron plate, the length of about 6 meters.
3. Remove the steps on the chain.
4. Move the part of the chain to be replaced to remove the inner and outer cover and the apron plate.
5. Loosen the lower end of the cascade chain.
6. Use a special component (or wire) to fix the chain that does not need to be removed.
7. Remove and replace the cascade chain.
8. After the replacement of the tight chain step up tight.
9. Install the steps and adjust.
10. Install other removal parts.
11. Test run.
